Privacy Policy & Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 9/25/26
Masterpiece Collective respects your privacy. Parents may share personal information while seeking support for their families. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and how to contact us about your information.
Information we collect
You may choose to give us information when you contact us, join a coaching interest list, register for an event, participate in parent coaching, or use another form or service we offer. Depending on the activity, this may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number;
- Your child’s age range and general information you choose to share about ADHD, dyslexia, executive functioning, or related concerns;
- Your family’s questions, goals, and concerns;
- Information you submit through contact, newsletter, event, interest-list, discovery-call, or intake forms;
- Communications with our team; and
- Coaching notes and family action plans if you participate in coaching.
Please share only what is useful for your request. You do not need to provide unnecessary identifying or medical details about your child through a general website form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to you, manage interest lists and event registrations, provide parent coaching and educational support, prepare family action plans, send updates you request, operate and improve our programs, and maintain appropriate administrative records.
Masterpiece provides parent coaching and education, not medical or mental health treatment. Submitting information through our website does not create a medical, therapeutic, or legal relationship.
Coaching notes and family action plans
If you participate in coaching, a coach may record the topics discussed, your goals, and agreed next steps. Coaching notes and action plans are stored in Masterpiece Collective’s organizational Google Workspace. Masterpiece team members may access these records to provide coaching, coordinate support, and administer the program.
A family action plan is a practical summary intended for you. We aim to include only the information needed for that purpose. With your agreement to receive it by email, we may send the plan as a PDF from a Masterpiece work email to the address you provide. Ordinary email is not guaranteed to be completely secure; please tell us if you have a concern about receiving a plan that way.
Website information and cookies
Our website may collect basic technical information, such as device or browser type, pages visited, and general information about how visitors use the site. Wix and any other tools enabled on the website may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site and measure its use.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.
Services we use
We use outside services to operate parts of our website and programs. These currently include Wix for the website, Google Workspace for organizational communications and files, and Eventbrite for event registration. Other services may be added for scheduling, payments, or donations as those features launch.
When you leave our website for another service, that service’s own privacy practices may also apply. We are responsible for how we choose, configure, and use services on Masterpiece’s behalf.
When we share information
Masterpiece Collective does not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information:
- Within the Masterpiece team to provide and coordinate services;
- With companies that help us operate our website and programs;
- With a community provider when you ask or authorize us to make a connection;
- When required by law or reasonably necessary to address a safety concern or protect legal rights; or
- As part of an organizational change, if applicable.
When practical, we encourage parents to contact outside providers directly so families can decide what information to share.
Donations and payments
If we enable online donations or coaching payments, a payment provider may collect and process transaction information. Masterpiece does not intend to collect or store complete payment-card numbers through a general website form. We will identify the payment process and update this policy when those features launch.
Security
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including controlled access to organizational records. No website, email service, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through a general contact form or ordinary email.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as reasonably needed to provide services, operate our programs, respond to requests, and meet applicable administrative, financial, or legal obligations. We may keep notes from coaching conversations and copies of family action plans to support our work with your family and maintain appropriate organizational records. You may email admin@masterpiececollective.org to ask for a copy of the coaching notes.
Your choices
You may email us to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion when possible, unsubscribe from optional email updates, or ask how your information is used. We may need to retain certain records for administrative, financial, safety, or legal reasons.
Children’s privacy
Our website and forms are intended for adults. Children should not submit information directly through the website. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information to us, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
Links to other websites
We may link to providers, community resources, event platforms, and other websites. A link does not mean Masterpiece controls or guarantees another organization’s services or privacy practices. Please review that organization’s information before sharing details with it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, website, and tools change. The effective date above will show when this version was published.

Accessibility Statement
Masterpiece Collective wants our website to be welcoming and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to make our pages clear, readable, and easy to navigate on a range of devices and with assistive technology.
We aim to use descriptive headings and links, readable text and color contrast, alternative text for meaningful images, and forms and buttons that can be used with a keyboard. As we update the website, we will review new pages and features, including the local provider search, and address issues we find.
Some resources link to websites, event platforms, social media, or documents maintained by others. Their accessibility may differ from ours. If a page, form, PDF, or linked resource is difficult for you to use, please email hello@masterpiececollective.org. Tell us which page or item you were trying to use and what would help. We will work with you to provide the information in another usable way when we can.
We welcome feedback and will continue improving the site as we learn where people encounter barriers.
